Europe delivery £20.00
Orders placed after 10am will get shipped the next day.
Orders Placed after 10 am on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.
UK Orders are sent via 48hr courrier. Please leave special instructions if you would like your delivery to be left in a particular place.
No deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.

This statement describes our policy and practices with regard to processing of personal information on our website. Our principal activities are Design and Distribution of Portable Birth Pools. Our privacy policy covers us, the company, and the website.

"Personal information" means information that relates to a living individual who can be identified from that information or from that information and other information that is held by or is likely to be held by us.
It is our policy to take all necessary steps to ensure that all personal information held by us is processed fairly and lawfully. We will take all necessary steps to implement this policy. All our employees and data processors who have access to personal information are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your personal information. You can access the Aquaborn website and browse the website without us capturing and storing personal information, other than logging user IP address and session information such as the duration of the visit and the type of browser used.
Any personal information which we collect will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services, and we will not hold it for any longer than is legally permissible necessary for this purpose. We may collect additional personal information that you volunteer while using the website and/or the services. Where we collect such additional information, we make clear the nature of the information and the specific purpose[s] for which it is used or may be used and we offer you the choice to opt out of providing such information.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted and replaced in the circumstance of a fault. If you should find a fault with any of the goods we have sent you, you need to contact us using the email address: aquaborn@ecobirthpools.co.uk where we shall arrange a replacement.
The purchaser must do a practice set-up, in time to return the pool for inspection and receive a replacement from the distributor. We are unable to give refunds in the circumstance of finding a puncture.
Returns which are not due to a manufacturing fault will be accepted for exchange of refund withinin the first 30 days of purchasing. The pool must not have been inflated and should remain in it's original packaging. These returns will incur a £20 admin fee.
Under no circumstances can an item be returned before prior agreement with Aquaborn Ltd. Once a return has been agreed, the item should be sent back immediately in its original packaging with in 30 days of purchase.
WARRANTY
The Aquaborn Eco Birth Pool Regular/Large
One year warranty.
The warranty is voided if one of the following applies:
- Care was not taken to remove sharp objects from the area or persons during use and storage.
- The pool has been used for anything other than labour and birth.
- The pool has been use for a second time.
- You are not the original purchaser.
- The pool was originally bought more than 12 months ago.
- The pool has been stored below 5 degrees or above 20 degrees Celsius.
- You have no proof of purchase.
We will replace an Aquaborn Eco Birth Pool in the case of a manufacturing defect that is reported and returned within 30 days of dispatch.
The purchaser must do a practice set-up, in time to return the pool for inspection and receive a replacement from the distributor.
The Warranty does not cover: punctures, cuts or abrasions.
